Update

Happy and healthy New Year to all of you! We hope you and your loved ones have been well.

We are sure that everyone is glad that 2020 is behind us, and we are looking forward to saying the same about COVID-19 later this year.

This November will be the 30th anniversary of Cruise Store Travel and we anticipate a big celebration!

We are writing to update you that Cruise Store Travel has officially moved from our current location on Maple Street in East Longmeadow. Like much of the world, your Cruise Store team has been working remotely for the past 9 months, and given the current environment, we will continue working from our home offices for the time being. We will continue to provide you with the same great service remotely throughout the winter months. When our government and other countries allow us all to cruise and travel more freely, we will act to transition to our new office location, which we hope and anticipate will be sooner rather than later.

With the promising news about the vaccines, we have already been working with many of you to book your travel for next year and beyond, which is what we love doing. As you can imagine, there are some great deals being offered right now as many resorts, cruise lines, and countries are anxious to welcome back travelers like you. We are incredibly excited about the future and are here to help design your dream trip whenever you are ready. We will continue to be available to you, as we have been throughout the pandemic, through all the same channels – email, phone, and video conferencing, as well as in-person appointments as necessary. As things return to normal this year, we will reach out to let you know where our new office space will be.

We’re looking forward to COVID-19 being behind us and so much great travel in your future. Let’s face it, we are all going stir crazy and missing our well-deserved vacations. Thank you as always for your support and for being a valued Cruise Store Travel customer.
